Ada-Reva's Approach
"Yoga for the Rest of Us” is core to who I am and what I teach.

I believe the body is a precious gift that requires special care in order to function and thrive in joy. “The rest of us” is anyone brave enough to show up for class despite their obstacles.
I welcome people open to new experiences on their path to wellness. I offer private and small classes because I believe people deserve individual attention. They bring all their vulnerabilities to my classes and deserve exceptional care as they embark on the road towards wellness."

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga consists of gentle supported poses. With the use props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks. The student can melt into the pose and find deep relaxation of the mind and body.

Adaptive Yoga
Adaptive yoga takes traditional active yoga poses and adapts them to accommodate the needs of each individual. This is achieved with partial poses, props, yoga chairs walls and corners
